Cleaning action in Skopje

Our Skopje team came together for a small but meaningful community action. We spent the afternoon cleaning Aerodrom Park, a place many of us know well, a green corner where people walk, unwind during a coffee break, or enjoy time with their kids. A clean environment matters. It shapes how we experience our cities, supports healthier routines, and helps public spaces remain welcoming for everyone. Keeping areas like Aerodrom Park tidy ensures they stay enjoyable for the community that uses them every day. A big thank you to the team for showing up and contributing. Small actions add up, and we’re proud to play our part in keeping our neighbourhood cared for.

Educational materials donation for Caritas

What we had been planning for a while finally came to life. As a team, we came together to pack school supplies in the office, a simple act that meant a lot to all of us. These supplies were donated to both educational centres run by Caritas Macedonia, and we had the chance to personally visit the one in Skopje to deliver them. Meeting the kids in person and seeing the space where they learn, grow, and feel supported was a truly special experience. We’re really grateful for the opportunity to contribute, even in a small way, to the amazing work Caritas is doing for these children.

Computer donations in Saudi Arabia

We are proud to have supported the community in Saudi Arabia by donating computers to the Computer Rehabilitation Charitable Organization Ertiqa. These computers will empower students and families in need, helping them continue their education with better access to technology. At Salience, we believe that access to technology is key to unlocking opportunities. Following our recent initiative in Bahrain, we remain dedicated to giving back and helping bridge the digital divide across the region. We are grateful to Ertiqa for partnering with us in driving positive impact in the community.

Giving back to the community on Saudi National Day

On the 95th Saudi National Day, our KSA team celebrated by giving back to the workers whose dedication and hard work contribute every day to the Kingdom’s achievements. The team prepared appreciation packs and distributed them across Riyadh, honoring the workers’ commitment and contribution. At Salience, we believe true progress is built on every effort, and we are proud to stand with the Kingdom on its journey toward Vision 2030.

Empowering education through technology in Bahrain

As part of our CSR initiatives in Bahrain, we are proud to have supported the community by donating laptops to the Hamad Town Charity Social Association. These laptops will support families and students in need, helping them continue their education with better access to technology. At Salience, we believe that even small steps can open big doors to opportunity. Our work revolves around technology and innovation, and we are glad to see how contributions outside the office can also help others access the digital world. Speakers and automatic ring bells donation for rural schools in Macedonia

As part of our ongoing commitment to education and community development, Salience is proud to support St. Kliment Ohridski, a primary school in the rural municipality of Obleshevo, Eastern Macedonia. Under the leadership of Director Jordancho Kostadinov, St. Kliment Ohridski serves as a vital educational center for 170 students across grades 1 to 9 in the surrounding rural communities. We identified key areas where support was needed, and with the help of CLS Equipment, we donated and installed automatic timer bells to replace the manual system previously operated by staff and a sound system for hallways and classrooms to enhance announcements and create a more engaging environment.

Donation of laptops for remote school in Namibia, Africa

Empowering the next generation of learners in Namibia through technology! We are proud to have made a charitable donation of laptops to enhance education opportunities for local children in the “Little Bugs”, an educational oasis situated in the heart of the Namib Desert. We are excited to see how this technology can enhance the learning experience for these students and help them to achieve their full potential. We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, and we are committed to supporting the next generation of learners. Our Macedonia team participated in a green initiative setting the tone for a greener, more vibrant future with our recent tree-planting action in Skopje. With the help of our employees and community partners, we were able to plant dozens of trees and promote a more sustainable future for our city. Free Wi-Fi for the student dormitory in Skopje, Macedonia

The internet has progressively become a vital part of our habitual and everyday lives. Although the digital population is visibly growing in many parts of the world, we still see a significant usage gap across regions. Salience, as a leading Telecoms management consultancy with projects in many regions, commits to contributing to closing the digital divide wherever possible. To mark the beginning of 2022, we have taken the initiative in providing the required equipment for fast and quality internet access to the Student Dormitory “Goce Delchev” in Skopje, Macedonia.

Free Wi-Fi for students in public libraries in Skopje

Last month, Salience entered into an agreement with the Public Library Braka Miladinovci in Skopje to deliver free Wi-Fi. The library has four study rooms with an approximate capacity of around 100 students. Two of the study rooms operate 24 hours providing students with access to reliable internet. Salience will continue this collaboration with the public library and seek other opportunities to support access to free broadband for youth and students in Macedonia. We encourage other stakeholders to join Salience in partnering to provide more free hotspots for Macedonian youth.
