The beginnings
Salience was established in Dubai, UAE in 2010 by ex-telco executives as boutique consultancy providing quality advice based on practical industry knowledge.
Initially the company was focused on supporting broadband transformational developments in the Middle East working with ICT ministries, regulators and operators.
Two more regional offices in Bahrain and Oman were established.
Substantial involvement in Oman to transform the telecom landscape with multiyear contracts to build Oman Broadband Company and establish first regional all fibre ISP, Awasr Oman.
Geographic expansion to Africa, Europe and Asia
Salience expanded both geographically and service wise working with international development banks such as World Bank/IFC and EBRD to provide advice across Eastern Europe, Africa and Central Asia.
European office was opened in North Macedonia staffed with local analysts and consultants supporting global projects delivery
